Roslyn Gardens is set beside a 2-mile stretch of sandy, award-winning beach at Westward Ho! on the North Devon coastline, and surrounded by the fantastic cliff walks on the South West Coast Path, and the Tarka Trail is also nearby. The holiday home is situated just a short stroll from the village where there are shops, eateries, bars, cafés and amusements, and it is also just a 200 yard walk from a fantastic gastro pub.

The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sandcastles or flying kites. The younger guests will be delighted by the BIG Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park, which are both within 15 minutes drive away. The Royal North Devon Golf Club is also just 1½ miles away/a 5-minute drive, and Saunton golf club is just a 35-minute drive away.
The nearby town of Bideford provides both a pannier and open-air market, and from the pretty quay you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions in the area include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, and Tapeley Park.
