Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With ¾ double bed, 2ft 6in single bed, Freeview TV/DVD player and a selection of children’s books.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Resting on a quiet estate just a five minute drive from the golden sands of Bridlington, on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline is Josies Den. Offering comfortable accommodation and a relaxing base for a family of five to return to each evening. Head inside and find a well equipped kitchen/dining room with French doors leading out to the enclosed rear garden. There is plenty of storage for your holiday essentials and work top space for preparing a hearty Yorkshire breakfast or delicious evening meal which can be enjoyed at the farmhouse-style dining table. A large archway leads through into the welcoming living room, complete with deep filled sofas, Smart TV and an electric fire for the cooler winter months. A selection of board games and DVDs have been provided for your entertainment.

A separate toilet completes the ground floor. After a day on the beach, retire to one of two bedrooms - the master king size double with inbuilt wardrobes, and a family triple room which is ideal for children offering a ¾ double bed and a 2ft 6in single bed. This room offers a TV with inbuilt DVD player and a selection of books for children. Both rooms share the house bathroom with a shower over the bath for a rejuvenating rinse.
This holiday home offers an enclosed courtyard on two levels with seating positioned to make the most of the afternoon sun. Decorated with potted plants and with a little shed offering bike and surfboard storage as well as table football.
Bridlington is a thriving seaside townwith a working harbour, the local trawlers are famous for their fresh crab and lobster.

With two beaches to choose from, a Victorian promenade, land train, historic ’Old Town’ and a plethora of shops, tea rooms, restaurants and amusement arcades, there is something for everyone. There is a choice of golf courses if you fancy a round or two and there are miles of walking and cycling opportunities around the town and within the Yorkshire Wolds close by. Enjoy an evening at Bridlington Spa Theatre, explore Sewerby House and Gardens or drive further along the coast to RSPB Bempton Cliffs.
