This is the second biggest RSPB centre and attracts many guests throughout the year. Scattered across the East Yorkshire Coast are many quaint villages with shops and inns in abundance. A 20-mile drive brings you to the North York Moors National Park, and the village of Goathland, better know as Aidensfield (Heartbeat’s very own village).

Historic houses nearby include Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall. Bridlington with sandy beaches, fun fair and indoor swimming pool is 10-minute drive.
