The cottages were built before 1853 in the village that is the birthplace of aeronautics and where William Wordsworth got married.

The ancient sea port of Whitby famed for its connection with Captain James Cook and Bram Stoker’s Dracula and the elegant seaside town of Scarborough are just a short drive.
