A short walk from Grange Farm will find you in the heart of the village where you can find plenty of shops, tea rooms and three great pubs serving casked ales and traditional home cooked food. Access to the nature reserve, Danes Dyke, is just along the road and offers beautiful woodland walks leading down to the sandy beach. To the north of the village, the 400-foot high cliffs are home to one of the largest colonies of nesting sea birds in England, whilst South Landing has some fascinating natural trails.

The stately homes of Burton Agnes, Burton Constable and Sledmere House are also within travelling distance as are the popular seaside resorts of Filey and Scarborough.
