Offering fabulous panoramic views of the Peak District National Park, this 17th-century barn conversion has been lovingly restored and makes and ideal place for a family holiday. Rowan Cottage retains its original character through exposed beams and stonework, and has also been lovingly and attractively furnished throughout. The barn enjoy use of extensive gardens shared with the other properties on-site, offering fabulous views and a variety seating areas which provide the perfect place to unwind on warmer days. The gardens are complimented even further by use of a shared hot tub, Finnish barbecue house (available on request, at cost) and tennis courts.

The on-site spa is complete with steam rooms, sauna’s, foot spa’s, an aromatherapy room, tropical experience shower and a Rasul mud room, as well as an outdoor area with wood-fired tub (all available at cost). Inspired by the relaxing, calming and revitalising aura of South East Asia, Smallshaw Spa is a haven in which to enjoy incredible facilities, set within stunning countryside, just perfect to energise the soul.

Surrounded by open fields and with uninterrupted views of the moors, Smallshaw Farm Cottages are ideally located if you love the great outdoors.
