Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

Gas central heating (underfloor in living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included.

External utility room with washing machine. Courtyard with garden furniture. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.

This quaint, end-terrace cottage is set within easy walking distance from the centre of the market town of Masham. Here you will find a small selection of country shops, a variety of pubs, and both pub grub and fine dining in restaurants. Afternoon tea at nearby Swinton Hall is a must and provides a taste of the glories of yesteryear in impressive surroundings. For those wishing to walk there is an abundance of countryside on your doorstep, and as this is Tour de Yorkshire country, there are many and varied routes for cyclists.

The National Trust properties of Studley Royal and Thorpe Perrow are a short drive as is the bustling market town of Ripon, 10 miles. Ripon boasts a market square complete with town cryer, historic cathedral and a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby Leyburn boasts the largest auction house in the country, well worth a visit to see the displays and goods on sale. For the thrill seekers, Lightwater Valley amusement park approximately 7 miles away, and for those who like quirky experiences, The Forbidden Corner is 11 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
