Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with bath, shower attachment, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bathroom: With freestanding slipper bath, walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor.

Gas underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack and doggy extras.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

After a busy day exploring you can look forward to relaxing in your peaceful holiday cottage hidden away in tranquil surroundings, with the luxury hot tub creating the perfect place to unwind. With a stunning open plan living/dining/kitchen area, the stylish kitchen and high quality decor give a sense of quality and luxury, combined with the rustic charm of exposed wooden beams, cosy wood burner and beautiful countryside views.

The fully fitted kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a dishwasher and a separate utility room has a washer/dryer.

The dining area has bi-folding doors which open up to make the most of the countryside views, wild flower meadow and give access to the peaceful enclosed garden. The living area has leather sofas, a cosy wood burner and Smart TV with Netflix package for your entertainment. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom is a zip and link super kingsize and can be a twin on request. There is a superb family bathroom with freestanding slipper bath and separate walk-in shower. Outside is where the fun begins, with a luxury hot tub and relaxing garden furniture.

The terrace is set with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy an al fresco supper as the sun goes down.
Nearby Pickering is a characterful town with a fine selection of independent shops, art galleries and antique shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. From here you can take a ride on the famous steam train to Grosmont, Goathland (Aidensfield in the classic TV series Heartbeat) and the seaside town of Whitby, where you can climb the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey. Those looking for a quieter pace of life may prefer to walk the many footpaths and bridleways over the North Yorks Moor. Beach 20 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
