Out and about, Newsham offers the perfect location for guests wanting to explore this beautiful part of North Yorkshire. There are many public footpaths, cycle paths and bridleways that take you into magnificent, unspoilt countryside. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is within easy reach, as is the historic, Georgian market town of Richmond which offers excellent restaurants, pubs and tea shops that are perfect for a spot of lunch, afternoon tea or a lazy supper. This beautiful town is settled high above the River Swale and has panoramic views of the surrounding area.
