This quaint cottage offers a warm and welcoming escape, inviting you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and rich history of the region. Characterised by its sandstone walls and a pantile roof, this is the ideal base for exploring the diverse wonders of the area. Within a short 10-minute drive, you can find yourself on the golden sands of Skinningrove Beach, where the serene waves of the North Sea beckon. Alternatively, in just 5 minutes, you can be on the vast, heather-clad moorland, laced with scenic walking trails that are a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
As you step inside, you’re greeted by a compact yet well-equipped kitchen, setting the stage for delightful meals prepared with local ingredients.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll discover the first bedroom, offering twin beds that can be easily converted into a super kingsize bed upon request, ensuring versatility for both couples and friends; a shower room is also located on this level. A gentle descent of three steps leads you to the open-plan living and dining room, where a glass door invites you to step out into your own private enclosed garden, complete with a picturesque cherry tree at the centre of the lawn. Above the living area, a mezzanine level features an additional single bed tucked under the eaves, providing extra sleeping space.
Amidst this peaceful rural setting, you’ll also find a communal orchard, where your furry friend can stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors.

The North York Moors National Park, with its rolling hills and vast open moorland, offers a paradise for walkers and nature enthusiasts, with a network of scenic trails that showcase the park’s breathtaking beauty. The heritage coastline is equally enchanting, boasting charming villages like Staithes and Runswick Bay, where narrow streets lead to picturesque harbours. The historic town of Whitby stands as a coastal gem, famous for its abbey, maritime history, and captivating atmosphere. The Cottage at Liverton Lodge is a cosy and charming haven, offering a delightful blend of rural tranquillity and coastal beauty.
