You are surrounded by stunning old country inns with roaring inns and huge beer gardens, woodland walks, one of which leads to the twin waterfalls and beach at Hayburn Wyke with its pebbled beach, and is only a short walk away. Sit back, relax and take in the night skies that you are situated within, and one of only 19 Dark Sky Reserves.

Much of the area’s beautiful scenery is within easy walking distance with the hustle and bustle being only a short drive away. There are popular country inns within 100 and 800 metres walk.
Local attractions include the Hayburn Wyke twin waterfall and pebbled beach, 1700 metres away, The Old Railway cinder track is 900 metres away and is over 20 miles long, and the Cleveland Way coastal path is 1100 metres away.

A little further afield and within driving distance are Ravenscar, 7 minutes, Robin Hoods Bay, 10 minutes, and Peasholm Park and Scarborough Open Air Theatre, are both a 6-minute drive. The town centre is 10 minutes’ drive, and Alpamare Water Park and Wellness Spa and the Sea Life Centre, are both 5 minutes’ drive. Scarborough cricket ground can be reached in 7 minutes and North Bay Beach is 6 minutes’ drive
