Dining room.
Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and patio doors leading to the garden.
Separate toilet. . First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, beams and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed, beams and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.

Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

This character cottage has been lovingly restored with carefully selected furniture and fabrics which really complement the cottage creating a lovely calm, relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy your holiday. Set in the wonderful village of Addingham, given the ultimate accolade by the Tour De France of passing through twice in the same year. Just a short drive away is Bolton Abbey, ideal for picnics by the River Wharfe or for exploring the magnificent scenery either by foot or bicycle. Alternatively, park the car and walk or cycle directly from the front door.

Ilkley with its renowned Ilkley Moor and Cow and Calf Rocks is just 3 miles away. Here you will find a wonderful selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, however the village itself boasts four good food-serving pubs. For those who enjoy golf there is a course on the outskirts of the village. The bustling market town of Skipton is 6½ miles away whilst Leeds is a short train ride from Ilkley. There is something for all ages! Shop 20 yards, pub and restaurant 10 yards.
