Furnished to an exceptionally high standard throughout, this unique house promises a stay like no other; the design of the interior is daring and eye catching, with an immaculate enclosed garden boasting a hot tub as well as incredible views over the valley, you also have your own private cinema room as well as a games room complete with a pool table.
On arrival there is a large driveway with plenty of parking, with a generously sized garden where you can soak up the sunshine as well as the views; the hot tub is on the decking, where you can relax in the bubbles all year round. Stepping inside, the layout is on multiple levels, with rooms bathed in light from large windows and skylights. The main living room is spacious and has a playful 60s theme which flows through into the luxurious kitchen; you have everything you could need to create a banquet for the family, with high end appliances including two double ovens, two large fridge/freezers and even an integrated steamer.

The lower ground floor is where all the fun happens, you have a fabulous cinema room, with faux leather reclining armchairs, giving you an intimate and authentic movie experience. There is also the games room with the full-sized pool table where even the balls light up, as well as a second lounge perfect for children to entertain themselves with some games. From the second living room, double glass doors lead out onto the BBQ area with a large outdoor table and seating for everyone. There is a utility room which doubles as a small kitchen for the BBQ area with a mini fridge. Up on the first and second floors you have the bedrooms; there is a twin room with zip and link beds which can be made up as a super kingsize bed on request, also a fabulous double bedroom which has a bath as well as a shower, the king bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe for all your belongings.
Then you have the family bathroom with a bath and a large walk-in shower.

Up on the top floor you have a double bedroom which makes the most of the views, there is a telescope so that you can observe the incredible night skies and you also have a private balcony with space for seating for two. This room also has a small sofa with a TV as well as an en-suite shower room.
Briggswath is just along the river Esk from the historical coastal town of Whitby. Along the riverbank you have a garden centre with a Victorian café as well as boat and canoe hire. The river attracts a host of wildlife, from leaping salmon and heron to otters and kingfishers if you are lucky enough to spot them. Children are sure to enjoy feeding the ducks or riding the miniature steam train. As well as the indoor play area – Mini Monsters.
