The open-plan accommodation offers a very social space, with an equipped kitchen to allow dining from home. Outside is a paved seating area with bistro furniture, and private parking. The seating area outside is nestled beside the road, having some passing village traffic visiting the riverside, and it is wonderful sunny spot to enjoy, so be sure to bring sunglasses and sun hats!
The conservation village of Reedham has two pubs, both serving food, a fish and chip shop, delicatessen with café, and a micro-brewery.

The seating benches by the riverside offer an ideal suntrap; here you may be tempted to rest up, read a book, unwind, view the birds and the wildlife on the marshes or simply just watch the boating activity along the river, directly opposite. The Norfolk Broads offer miles of much-celebrated waterways to explore. You can enjoy a trip on the river or hire a boat at nearby Wroxham, the capital of the Broads.
A short drive away are the wonderful sandy beaches and dunes along the Norfolk coastline, with coastal walks at Winterton and seal watching at Horsey.

Reedham is equidistant from the historic city of Norwich with its cathedral, theatres, museums, shops, restaurants and cafés, and the coastal resort of Great Yarmouth with its traditional seaside attractions. Reedham’s mainline railway station means you leave the car behind and jump on the train to explore Norwich and the coast. Trains into Norwich take just 13 minutes. There is an excellent sandy beach 10 miles away, and pubs and cafés 800 yards.
