This pretty Norfolk flint cottage enjoys a great position on the edge of the sought after village of Northrepps which is in the heart of North Norfolk. The Church Rooms boast two bedrooms and bathrooms one of which has a feature freestanding bath and open plan living and dining room. There are some lovely nods to its origins including a reclaimed church pew at the dining table and the whole cottage has been decorated and furnished with a stylish nod to country life. This peaceful retreat would be perfect for couples and small families alike who will enjoy its close proximity to the coastline and lots of other local attractions.
Close by lies Overstand beach, less busy than its neighbour in Cromer it offers wide sandy stretches to sunbathe, build sand castles or enjoy a lovely evening or bracing off season walk.

Have a stroll on the pier in Cromer and maybe take in the seasonal end of pier show or stop for lunch. Then walk in to town and explore the artisan shops, cafés and inns. There is also a zoo and a cinema here too, along with some traditional seaside amusements. Head east and explore the rolling sand dunes in Winterton-on-Sea or west and enjoy a spot of crab lining on Blakeney Quay. If you would like to drift along the Norfolk Broads you can do so by hiring a day launch or joining a charter from nearby Wroxham, which is just half an hour away. And you can also be in the medieval city of Norwich in around 45 minutes, perfect for shopping, visiting galleries, exploring numerous museums or visiting its Norman castle.

Add in great walks and cycle routes from the doorstep along with a host of other attractions such as the Blickling, Houghton, Holkham and Sandringham Estates, the Thursford Collection with its Christmas Spectacular. The Mucklbeugh Collection, RSPB Cley Marshes, Pensthope Nature Reserve and Sheringham Park, The North Norfolk and Bure Valley Railways, Bewilderwood and so much more that you will have to come back, just to fit it all in. And you are sure to choose the peaceful Church Rooms when you do, it is just lovely. Beach 2 mile
