Moor Farm Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three lovingly furnished bedrooms, and features a private wood fired hot tub, the owner will supply a barrow of logs and kindling with fire lighters, perfect for discerning guests looking for a relaxing holiday. Directly opposite the property lies a small fishing pond, and a children’s play area can also be found on-site too. If you can bear to tear yourself away from the site, you will find much to do and explore in the local area including the stunning North Norfolk Coastline. In just under half an hour, you can be in beautiful Wells-next-the-Sea, with a narrow gauge railway leading down to its wide sandy beach, boasting painted beach huts and a lovely mix of traditional and artisan seaside shops, cafés and restaurants.
Alternatively, head to Blakeney Quay and enjoy a spot of crabbing, or head east to Cromer with its famous pier, Edwardian seafront and Amazonia Zoo. Nature lovers will enjoy trips to Pensthorpe, Sheringham Park, Cley Marshes and indeed the famous Norfolk Broads. History buffs will enjoy exploring Blickling Hall, the Sandringham and Holkham Estates, North Norfolk Railway, the Thursford and Muckleburgh Collections and a host of small museums.
Do make time for a visit to the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn too, and don’t forget Norwich with its award winning market, collection of boutique shopping, eateries, a splendid Norman castle and a host of museums, galleries and theatres too. After a busy day sightseeing, return to Moor Farm Lodge and relax and unwind in the lovely hot tub (please note this takes around 3 hours to heat and is wood-fired, offering a different experience to the typical bubbly Jacuzzi).
