First Floor:
Wooden floor throughout.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the garden.

This semi-detached cottage is situated over three floors offering plenty of space for families and friends to spread out. On the ground floor you’ll find the living room, perfect for spending evenings snuggled by the wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen to prepare some delicious mealsand a separate dining room with patio doors leading to the enclosed garden.
The first floor is home to two double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities. The second floor lays claim to a twin bedroom.
Situated on the Norfolk and Suffolk border, in the valley of the River Waveney, you’ll find plenty to explore in the local area. Diss is centrally located to visit the Norfolk Broads, the Suffolk and North Norfolk coast and is just 20 miles away from Norwich, with its famous mere, one of the deepest natural inland lakes, set within lush green parkland.
There is much to see and do in Norwich, with its traditional and farmers markets, independent boutique shops and antiques and collectables at the local auction room. For those looking for history, head to Bressingham Steam and Gardens, just a 10-minute drive away. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile
