A short drive away is the bustling market town of Wymondham, offering a variety of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool. Enjoy a visit to the impressive Wymondham Abbey, a magnificent Norman church dating back to 1107, rich in history and architectural beauty. The medieval city of Norwich is approximately 20 minutes’ drive, where you can explore one of the finest surviving Norman castles in the UK, a stunning cathedral, museums, theatres, galleries, and an exceptional food scene. The city’s winding lanes are filled with quirky shops, while indoor shopping malls provide even more choice, alongside cafés and plenty of dining options to suit all budgets.
