This detached bungalow is just 15 minutes from Wells-next-the-Sea, popular with holidaymakers and locals alike. Here you will find a picturesque quay, a narrow gauge railway which winds its way down to a wide sandy beach, painted beach huts and lots of great places to eat, drink and shop.

Travel east or west from here and you will find pretty coastal roads and villages offering a variety of seaside habitats including beaches, marshes and quays.

Foodies will also be spoilt for choice as Norfolk enjoys a thriving pub food scene, with many places offering seasonal local produce.
