Lovingly presented throughout with welcoming touches, complete with its own private hot tub. There is also an 18-hole golf course and a Par 3, pay and play course. Also there is the Redwings Horse Sanctuary which is is situated in the grounds of Caldicott Hall, this has a café with a souvenir shop. The property also provides a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and both the sofas in the living room recline, allowing you sit back and admire the views through the doors and windows on to a veranda, which has been refurbished with glass panels to enable a panoramic view of the golf course and wildlife.
The surrounding area is filled with plenty to do. From the traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth to the beauty of The Norfolk Broads, or the coastal villages of North Norfolk. The fine city of Norwich is under a 40 minute drive, great for shopping, night-life and restaurants.
This location means a beach is never far away.
From the windswept sands of the north coast to the popular beaches of Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Gorleston. The children will love building sandcastles and paddling the day away.
