Nestled in the village of Homersfield this delightful country cottage is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city whilst being close to the beautiful Suffolk and Norfolk coasts. The property has an amazing book full of the history of the village.
This charming cottage has been newly (2023) renovated to a very good standard. On entering the property you walk into the cosy living room with a wood burner, perfect for putting your feet up in front of you with a glass of wine on a cold winter’s night. The kitchen is well equipped including a range cooker and wine cooler.

The door to the garden also leads to the annexe. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a super kingsize bed and the other with a kingsize and single day bed; there is also room for a travel cot. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and bath, ideal to soak in after a long walk. The beautiful south-facing garden is fully enclosed with BBQ and seating area. There is also an annexe which sleeps two on a sofa bed, making this ideal for a holiday with friends or grandparents. Dogs are welcome and there are lovely walks from right outside the property.
If you do not feel like cooking there is a dog friendly pub with beautiful outside garden serving food just a 1-minute walk past the village green. A 5-minute walk over the bridge takes you to a café serving breakfast and lunch.
