There is a conservatory which covers both the property and the owner’s front doors, and which is shared with the owner. With far reaching views to the rear and a garden with summerhouse to the front, the cottage is set in the heart of the village, with easy access to the market towns of Halesworth and Framlingham. It is central for the Heart of Suffolk cycle route. Within half an hours drive is the Minsmere RSPB Reserve, Dunwich Heath (NT) and the coastal resorts of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Shops 3 miles, pub 2 miles.
