Perfect for summer holidays or winter escapes, the warmest of welcomes awaits you at Stone House Farm. Nestled in the countryside, yet only a 5-minute drive to the excellent sandy beach at Sea Palling, and 10 minutes’ drive from the Norfolk Broads, these three properties (UK11926, UK11927 and UK31562) offer contemporary open plan living, and have been well equipped and furnished to provide excellent comfort. All of these well-appointed properties enjoy their own private enclosed garden with garden furniture and parking. They are situated within the owner’s grounds, with shared use of a games room with table tennis and a pool table. The owners also supply beach towels if required.
Situated in a Site of Special Scientific Interest, which is rich in bird and wildlife, guests are welcome to explore the 10 acres of woodland grounds, with circular paths winding through the wild flowers and woodland.

Relax by the riverside decking and enjoy the peaceful setting overlooking the waterside inlet that leads onto Horsey Mere. The properties are located just outside the village of Lessingham, still within close proximity of shops and an award-winning pub serving good food. This stunning location is perfect for exploring the best of Norfolk with its amazing coastline and famous Norfolk Broads.
The glorious sandy beaches at Sea Palling and Waxham, often visited by seals, are just 3 miles away. Sea Palling has shops, café, restaurants and jet ski hire. Wroxham, 10 miles, is the capital of the Norfolk Broads and has many waterside cafés, restaurants, shops and daily river trips available. You can also catch the Bure Valley Steam Railway here for a wonderful trip to the market town of Aylsham, or take the train to Cromer, which is a traditional seaside resort with pier and promenade.

Or visit the city of Norwich with its cathedral, castle, museums, galleries, restaurants, cinema, theatre and shopping with two malls and market square, or Horsey Gap (National Trust) where you can walk on the sand dunes and see the seals and pups on the beach (November - February).
