A network of country lanes offer good walking and cycling from door. The property is comfortably furnished to offer open plan living accommodation and equipped with every day comforts to provide a warm welcome at any time of year.

The sailing village of Brancaster, 4 miles, boasts a shop, pubs and a championship golf course. Within an easy drive are the bustling towns of Burnham Market and Wells Next the Sea. The traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton is 6 miles away and has the Sea Life Centre, leisure centre, cliff top golf course, water sports (seasonal), pier and funfair (seasonal), shops and restaurants.

Holkham Hall and the Royal Sandringham Estate and museum both offer alternative days out.
