One of several set on a small park enjoying direct access to the coastal footpath and steps down to the beach, and sea fishing trips are available locally. Only 4 miles away, the popular resort of Lowestoft offers traditional seaside entertainments and both Pleasurewood Hills theme park and Africa Alive are within a short drive, as well as Gorleston and Greta Yarmouth.
Southwold with its pier and summer theatre, Dunwich Heath and beach, RSPB Minsmere, Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood, and Snape Maltings concert hall are easily accessible, as are the lovely Norfolk Broads. Golf and horse riding available within 5 miles. Beach 150 yards. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
