Situated on a peaceful lane in the village of Clenchwarton, and within walking distance of the shops and pub, this delightful annexe, adjacent to the owners’ home, provides an ideal holiday base from which to explore the area. Just a short drive from King’s Lynn, or take the ferry, as well as being close to the sandy beaches North Norfolk has to offer. There are nature reserves in the area, and the Royal Estate at Sandringham, with its visitor centre, is always worth a visit. Shop ¾ mile, pub serving food 1 mile.
