Dating from 1820, this charming, detached, former gatehouse to Runcton Hall is situated off the Kings Lynn to Norwich road in a small village in north west Norfolk, and is ideally situated for the Norfolk coast with its sandy beaches and RSPB reserves and the nearby Royal Sandringham Estate and museum. Approximately 40 miles from the university town of Cambridge and cities of Norwich and Peterborough.
