Deer Park Cottage adjoins the owners’ 18th-century farmhouse and enjoys a south facing garden. It is only 2 miles from Roughton village shop and Gunton’s railway station, and 6 miles from Cromer’s seaside attractions. Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (both National Trust) are nearby and the Broads are easily accessible. Shop 2 miles and pub/restaurant within walking distance.
