Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Fenced garden with decking, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking on drive. No smoking. Please note: Couples only, no children.

The six mile circular walk through the beach’s nature reserve affords sightings of the local seal colony and many other attractions are close at hand. Nearby, Potter Heigham and Wroxham boast boat trips and riverside pubs and restaurants, Hosey Mill and nature reserve is close by. Great Yarmouth is 10 miles away. A steam railway, quaint market towns, craft centres, and the cathedral, castle and fine shopping in Norwich are all within easy reach. Fishing and golf available nearby.
