A perfect, terraced, riverside property with waterside views, situated alongside the River Bure within the heart of Wroxham. The property, which is part of the Peninsula Cottages Development, enjoys a contemporary open-plan living space. This is a perfect haven for fishing enthusiasts with waterside access from the doorstep. French doors lead onto a shared grassed area directly by the water’s edge at the front of the property, and a boat basin at the rear.

Should you wish to hire a day or picnic boat for all, or some of your stay, it can be moored in the boat basin by the raised decking area outside of the property. Wroxham is known as the ’Capital of the Norfolk Broads’, with daily boat hire and river trips available to enjoy the expanse of waterways with plenty of shops, waterside restaurants and cafes to enjoy. The train station, model village and Wroxham Barns are located on the edge of town.

For a car-free holiday, Wroxham is well served by trains and buses. Norwich city centre with its cathedral, museums, theatre, cafes and shops is 8 miles. BeWILDerwood in Horning offers an outdoor tree house adventure with zip wires, jungle bridges and marsh walks. Golf is available at Sprowston golf course, 5 miles away. Beach 12 miles. Shop and restaurant 800 yards, pub 50 yards.
