Wroxham Broad is rich in wildlife with great fishing opportunities. Explore the waterways by bringing your own boat (free slip way launch available nearly) and there is free facility for mooring your own day boat at the property.
This lovely home offers privacy and space for all. There is a large driveway offering plenty of parking, and an outside covered cart shed with table tennis table, perfect for those competitive family tournaments.
The conservatory overlooks the river and garden, and the upstairs twin bedroom has its very own veranda, again with a wonderful view overlooking the garden and river. Any fishing enthusiasts will love the fact that fishing is available direct from the doorstep (seasonal, license required).
The Anchorage is set in the heart of Wroxham in a very desirable location. The enclosed garden leads directly onto a private waterway that leads into Wroxham Broad, just minutes away from the bustling waterside town, known as capital of the Norfolk Broads’ with its wealth of shops, cafés, restaurants and many waterside activities including river trips.
The area also has two train stations; a mainline station leading to coastal area such as Cromer and the city of Norwich, and the Bure Valley miniature steam gauge railway. A few minutes further drive away is Wroxham Barns, a children’s petting farm, with small funfair rides and a complex of various craft barns, restaurant and café. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
