Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). 2 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond and 5 steps in the garden.
