This cosy, two bedroomed barn conversion, situated in the heart of the Derbyshire market town of Bakewell, is just a few minutes’ walk from the church and the delightful shops of the historic King Street.

The property, mainly on one level, just has two internal steps between the living area and bedrooms. The barn has one double bedroom, with en-suite shower room and one twin bedroom, there is also a second shower room with toilet. The barn offers an open plan kitchen/dining area, with fully fitted kitchen, dining table and wood burning stove. This area has a stunning vaulted ceiling, with oak beams and floor. There is central heating throughout the barn, as well as free Wi-Fi and a Smart television, with Netflix and other streaming services available for you to log on to your own account.

Outside there is an enclosed courtyard, and parking for one car. Access is via a key safe, but the owners do live locally should you need any assistance. Golf, 5 miles. Shop and pub 100 yards.
