Tissington Cycle Trail is just 120 yards, and there is a wealth of fine scenery, historic houses such as Chatsworth, Haddon House and Hardwick Hall. Livelier is Matlock Bath with its cable cars, Gullivers Kingdom and Alton Towers, whilst the attractive spa town of Buxton and market town of Bakewell are all within a 25 minute drive.
