Heron’s Nest is a stunning, first floor apartment with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the owner’s lake in the shared grounds, the perfect spot for dining al-fresco or enjoying a glass of wine after exploring all the Cotswolds has to offer.
Inside, the property features a well-furnished and cosy open plan living space, with stunning views to be enjoyed from the huge glass windows. Set all on the first floor, there is a lovely double bedroom and a separate shower room also. The apartment is situated on the owner’s private grounds and offers a real sense of peace and quiet, however you are just a 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, with its lovely riverside pubs, shops and restaurants. Stunning Cotswolds villages can be reached by car in under 30 minutes, as can the larger, historic town of Cheltenham. The city of Oxford can be reached in under an hour and is sure to make for a busy day out. Please note that although there is a lake on-site, there is no fishing available at this property. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
