Apartment No.12 bedrooms, Sleeps 4.

Smart first-floor Buxton apartment with open-plan living, two king en-suite bedrooms and on-site parking, ideal for a relaxed stay with the town centre’s cafés, shops and attractions close by.

No smoking. This property has a £150 security deposit.

Set in the heart of Buxton, this first-floor apartment is part of a handsome Grade II listed Victorian building that has been sensitively refurbished. It is an easy spot for a break where you can park up and wander, with a choice of cafés, shops and places to eat just moments away. The building dates back to the 1800s and still carries a sense of its past, while the finish today is bright and comfortable for modern stays. If you are travelling with a bigger party, other apartments in the same building may also be available to book alongside.
Step inside to an open-plan living space designed for relaxed time together.

A cosy sitting area comes with a Smart TV and WiFi, plus a DVD and CD player for quieter evenings in. The dining table sits between the lounge and kitchen, so it is easy to keep the conversation flowing while dinner is on the go. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, whether you are planning a quick breakfast before heading out or a leisurely supper back at base. A small selection of tea, coffee and milk is provided to help you settle in.
Two king-size bedrooms are arranged for comfort and privacy, each with its own Freeview TV and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

One of the en-suites also includes a bath, perfect for a long soak after a day out. There is an additional separate WC off the hallway, handy when you are all getting ready. One on-site parking space is included, with further parking options just a couple of minutes on foot. Please note, the apartment is not suitable for children under 10, wheelchair users, pets or smoking, and it is best suited to quiet breaks rather than stag, hen or similar party groups.
