Apartment No.22 bedrooms, Sleeps 4.

Central Buxton second-floor apartment with open-plan living, two king en-suite bedrooms and parking, perfect for exploring the spa town on foot and coming back to a calm, comfortable base.

No smoking. This property has a £150 security deposit.

In the centre of Buxton, this second-floor apartment makes a handy base within a refurbished Grade II listed Victorian building. It suits guests who like to step out for coffee, browse local shops or try the town’s dining options without needing to drive. The building has roots in the mid-19th century and the renovation keeps a subtle nod to its heritage while providing an easy, modern place to stay. If you are travelling with an extended group, other apartments within the same building can also be booked.
The main living area is open-plan, bringing the lounge, dining space and kitchen together so everyone can chat and unwind.

Settle on the sofa with a Smart TV, WiFi, and a DVD or CD for relaxed evenings. The dining table sits neatly between the kitchen and sitting area, making mealtimes feel effortless. The kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking and, on arrival, you will find tea, coffee and milk ready, so you can unpack, put the kettle on and start your break.
Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and their own Freeview TV, and each has a private en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

One en-suite also includes a bath, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. A separate additional WC off the hallway is useful for groups. There is one on-site parking space included, with extra parking available a short walk away. Please note, the apartment is not suitable for children under 10 or wheelchair users, pets are not accepted and smoking is not permitted. It is intended for quieter stays rather than stag, hen or similar party groups.
