A spacious and comfortable holiday house just outside the spa town of Buxton, close to many beautiful Peak District Villages. Benefiting from an enclosed garden and private parking for two cars.

Living/dining room: With Freeview Smart TV, a selection of books and games and bi-fold doors leading to patio.
Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room: With washing machine.
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Stairgate available on request. Enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

A spacious and contemporary semi-detached holiday home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Bay Tree House offers a blissful escape with lots to see and do.
Be welcomed into a bright and airy open-plan living space, ideal for a group of friends or family. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and as a breakfast table where you can plan the days adventures!
The living room has two sofas with soft blankets to snuggle up in and watch TV. There are a selection of games and books to enjoy and an honesty box, in case you fancy a snack or late night tipple! The large fining table provides the perfect area to enjoy some delicious good, raise a glass to a great day and relax with your friends or family.
Bi-fold doors from the living room open onto the patio, and the enclosed garden which provides a lovely spot to enjoy a beverage or two outside in the warmer months.
A large lockable, metal shed is available to store bicycles and walking equipment, should you wish to (just remember to bring your own padlock).


Benefiting from off-road parking for two cars and an additional entrance directly from the driveway; muddy boots and walking shoes can be stored in the utility. A washing machine, ironing board, washing line and pegs are available also.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Fluffy towels are provided for all guests and there are some extra blankets available if needed. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, toilet and basin. The master bedroom which overlooks the garden has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. There is also a downstairs toilet and basin.
Bay Tree House is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the rural village of Peak Dale, less than 3 miles from the train station in the spa town of Buxton, which has a direct train service to Manchester City Centre.
Locally, the independent shops of Buxton’s Cavendish Arvade, the beautiful Buxton Opera House andPavilion Gardens are well worth a visit.

There are many beautiful surrounding villages which attract many visitors, including Tideswell, Taddington and the plague village of Eyam. The grand estate of Chatsworth House, the splendid caves of Castleton and the cable cars at the Heights of Abraham are just some of the fantastic attractions nearby. Alton Towers, Matlock Farm Park and Pooles Cavern are also very popular with families visiting the area and are easy to get to.
If it’s outdoor adventures you seek, walking or cycling along the traffic-free Monsal and high Peak Trails are a perfect way to explore, or take in the spectacular views from Mam Tor, The Roaches and Chrome Hill, which are all breath-taking. There is a host of information available for you to look at when you arrive about local beauty spots and walking/cycling routes.
Bay Tree House is ideally located to explore many of the gems the beautiful Peak District has to offer. The only difficulty will be fitting it all in!.
