Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and 42" Freeview Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and 42" Freeview Smart TV.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

Extra Amenities

A beautiful stone-built, detached cottage, renovated in 2020, with far-reaching countryside views, Barn View offers modern facilities along with original exposed beams. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with stone-built fireplace, along with a separate well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor you will find two well-appointed bedrooms as well as a family bathroom complete with a spa bath. The cottage is situated on the owner’s working farm with cattle, ducks, geese, chickens, and horses, and is an ideal holiday location (stabling available).

A plethora of walks can be taken from the doorstep and coarse fishing can be found ½ mile away. Chatsworth House, Bolsover Castle, Hardwick Hall and the Heights of Abraham are just a selection of the many attractions within a 10-mile drive of the cottage. Bakewell is the ancient capital of the Peak District, and is just under a half an hour drive away, famous for its puddings. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles, restaurant 5 miles.
