This well-presented pretty terraced cottage sits in Calow, a small village and civil parish in the county of Derbyshire, mentioned in the Domesday Book as Calehale in 1086. Just 7. 5 miles from the Peak District National Park, this is definitely a fantastic location for touring the area.

Chesterfield is home to a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a number of parks and play areas and let’s not forget that it is most notable for its famous crooked spire on St Mary and All Saints Church.

Nearby you will discover Bolsover Castle which is managed by English Heritage. The castle has a fairytale quality to it as it sits on a hill top overlooking the surrounding countryside. Dating from the 17th century, the castle is now home to magnificent paintings, extensive gardens and a Discovery Centre.
