Gas central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Gravelled courtyard with decked area, BBQ and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no children or babies. The garden is accessed via a wooden bridge over an unfenced river.

Stratton Mill dates from the late 18th century, though there has been a mill on site since 1086. The River Churn flows to one side of this holiday property, attached to the old mill itself and with its own riverside courtyard garden. With a separate and well-equipped galley-style kitchen, the beamed living room is stylish and contemporary, with large glass doors overlooking the garden and with an attractive bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the first floor. Surrounded by water meadow, the area is quiet and peaceful and perfect for a romantic getaway. Shop 300 yards, pub 600 yards.
