Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with owner). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps to entrance. No children.

Extra Amenities

This is a fantastic first floor apartment located just outside Huntly. There is a cosy living space and the bedroom area has some lovely views of the fields to the rear and the cricket pitch where games are played in the summer. The kitchen is compact and well-equipped with a breakfast bar/dining area. Outside, the owners have granted access to their own personal garden space and parking is at the back of the property which is accessed through a door on the ground floor.
The Granary is adjacent to the owner’s home on the A40 allowing easy access to all main routes and the abundance of attractions within the area.

The Forest of Dean is popular all year round with outdoor pursuits such as climbing, mountain biking, dedicated cycle tracks to suit all abilities, walking, fishing and many visitor attractions such as Puzzlewood, Go Ape and the steam railway, to mention just a few.
Gloucester itself offers a healthy mix of major stores and an array of independent and regional retailers, many of which are unique to Gloucester which makes the city an ideal place to shop.

The docklands are a big attraction with museums, bars and cafés. The picturesque Wye Valley offers wonderful scenery, fishing on the River Wye, canoeing and kayaking. Racecourses at Chepstow and Cheltenham are within an easy drive and the market towns of Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth and Abergavenny host many food, literary and other festivals throughout the year. Shop 500 yards, pub 100 yards and restaurant 1 mile.
