A stunning shepherd’s hut with lovely open views across the fields, ideal for a relaxing break close to the village pub.

All on the ground floor.
Living room/kitchen: With wood burner, electric oven, electric hob and fridge (no TV).
Bedroom: With double bed.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Front garden with patio, garden furniture, barbecue and firepit. 5-acre paddock (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the paddock, 100 yards away.

A stunning shepherd’s hut, set quietly in a paddock overlooking a large pond and open fields. The hut takes its name from the Lincolnshire Longwool sheep in the adjacent paddock. Located close to the centre of the quiet village of Hemingby, the hut is just a short stroll down the lane to the village pub which serves excellent food and drink.
New for 2023, it is ideal for a couple looking for a unique experience overlooking peaceful countryside, with a double bed, comfortable seating, en-suite shower room and a log burner for cosy nights in. Outside is a sheltered canopy area with a firepit and BBQ which overlooks the pond and surrounding fields with lovely views across the fields towards the rolling hills of The Lincolnshire Wolds, with spectacular sunsets to enjoy.

The area enjoys many miles of lovely walks and cycle routes with tea rooms and pubs on your travels for refreshment during the day. Nearby Horncastle holds weekly markets and is also well known for its antiques and collectables shops, there is also a very good selection of shops, supermarket, and amenities.
Cadwell Park, a must for motoring enthusiasts is 10 minutes’ drive away with events throughout the year. The east coast is about 30 minutes’ drive away where you can enjoy the seaside resort of Skegness and all its attractions, Butlins for a family day out or travel to Ingoldmells for Fantasy Island Theme Park.

Inland the city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, offers a great day out, whether its boat trips along the Fossdyke, lunch by the Brayford pool or a visit to the Castle. The latter and Bailgate Quarter offering many good tea rooms, restaurants for refreshment, and shops to browse on a day out. Pub and restaurant 200 yds, shops 4 miles.
