Perfect for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a peaceful holiday, this detached property, close to the owners’ home, is set in the heart of the village of Goulceby, just a short walk from the local pub which serves good food. With good walks and cycle routes from the door, you can explore the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy many good country pubs for refreshments or take a short drive to Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, castle and the Magna Carta Centre.

Travel to the coast to see the seal sanctuary at Donna Nook or visit the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe.
The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and Visitors Centre, home to the WWII Lancaster and Hurricane, is about a 25-minute drive away. The Georgian market town of Louth with 3 markets a week is just 15 minutes drive, as is Horncastle, famous for its selection of antique shops.

Cadwell Park Race Circuit is only a few miles away and the owners can also offer parking next door if required. As the owner’s grass paddocks are next door, horses and livery can be arranged directly with the owner. Course fishing is available nearby at cost (licence required). Beach 20 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
