A great touring base, this lovely, semi-detached barn conversion is situated half way between Lincoln and Market Rasen on the owner’s equestrian farm and small holding. The university city of Lincoln is just 9 miles away. This delightful city has a lot to offer with its beautiful cathedral, Norman castle, the Magna Carta Visitor Centre and vibrant wharf area which are all great for days and evenings out. The picturesque market town of Market Rasen is just 9 miles away with its famous racecourse and plenty of shops and restaurants. The Lincolnshire Wolds is on the doorstep with good cycle routes and walks throughout the area, making this a great place to explore as well as its many pretty villages and pubs for refreshment on your journeys. Newark Showground with its many antiques fairs is about a 30-minute drive. Beach 28½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
