Positioned on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds these two semi-detached holiday cottages both offer a very good standard of accommodation just 4 miles from the market town of Louth and 2 miles from Cadwell Park. Situated on a quiet country lane with private parking and enclosed grounds, both cottages have views over open fields and make for an ideal spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Louth boasts a market three days a week, as well as an excellent range of shops and facilities including a theatre, leisure centre and two 18-hole golf courses, both within 4 miles of the cottages. With appealing walks and cycle routes straight from the front door, plus numerous points of interest in the local area, including St James gothic church, Lincolnshire Wolds Railway and Cadwell Park Race Circuit to name but a few. The sandy beaches of Mablethorpe, 15 miles, and Skegness, 21 miles, both offer good days out. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
