Set adjacent to the owners home, this lovely detached barn conversion is just 1½ miles from the centre of the Georgian market town of Louth which still boasts three markets a week. Close by there is the 1½ miles circular Round Louth Walk which is ideal for the energetic with a public footpath which runs close by. Louth boasts two very good golf courses in Kenwick Park and Louth Golf Club and there is coarse fishing nearby (licence required). There is also a variety of excellent pubs and restaurants to enjoy in the evenings after a day exploring the east coast, the Lincolnshire Wolds or the cathedral city of Lincoln. The true treasure of Louth, Hubbards Hills, is just 10-minutes walk away. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
