Ideally located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – you’ll be surrounded by rolling hills, peaceful walking routes, and picture-perfect villages from the moment you arrive. Just a 10-minute drive away is the vibrant market town of Louth, often described as the “capital of the Wolds.

” Here, you’ll find a wealth of independent shops, traditional butchers and bakers, cosy tearooms, many restaurants & pubs and historic buildings, including the striking St James’ Church. Louth’s regular markets and friendly atmosphere make it a favourite among locals and visitors alike. The Liversey Arms Pub & Restaurant in Ludorough village centre Is just a 15 minute walk and serves amazing food.
The Cross Keys Pub in Fulstow is roughly 25 minutes to walk, where you can find a nice ale and friendly Locals.
