First floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and 40" Smart TV with BT sports and Netflix, and en-suite with bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With bunk bed, single bed and a single futon (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and 29" Freeview Smart TV with BT sports and Netflix.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds, doble sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and 29" Freeview Smart TV with BT sports and Netflix.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Logs for open fire included. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and barbecue. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 3 cars.

Telford Lodge (UK31418) comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms and features an external cabin with board games. Tufty’s Place (UK31419) is the ideal choice for a couple, with 1 double bedroom and a private hot tub!
The traditional resort of Skegness offers lots of entertainment for all the family, with a sandy beach nearby to play on or for long family walks with the dog.

To the south of Skegness is Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, offering miles of walking routes and a visitor centre with a restaurant, where you can stop off for a bite of eat at the end of a busy day of exploration. Inland there is opportunity to have a go at kart racing, horse riding and car racing, as well as all the amusements and funfair to enjoy. In the evenings, kick back and relax in the private garden with a cool drink, or dine al fresco in the fresh coastal air.

If you don’t feel like cooking, nearby are a number of takeaways, pubs and restaurants. Leave the car and head to the bus stop for days out travelling further afield along the coastline. Beach 520 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 520 yards.
