Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Galleried with kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Rear garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 3 dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply via a borehole.
